The Capital Streak - High Speed Steam
Only the third time that a mainline special has been allowed to run at 90mph since 1968! This notable trip saw the provision of a sumptuous Roast Leg of Suffolk Pork with all the trimmings, Handmade Bread & Butter Pudding with Lashings of Cream.
The Blue Belle
The first through train from London to the lovingly restored Bluebell Railway. This special, historic tour menu included Freshly Caught King Scallops, Roasted Free-Range Sussex Chicken, ‘The Bluebell Buffers Fruit Tart’ and a selection of specially chosen fine British Cheeses.
The Ship of the Fens
With its proximity to Christmas, this Special to Ely for the Carol Concert had a wonderful Christmas Dinner laid on with a selection of fine wines also available.

An extra special menu for an extra special day! Stunning six course menu carefully selected with close liason with the bride and groom. A wedding breakfast that guests have not forgotten. Menu included Dressed Local Crab and a Pea Shoot Salad, Champagne Sorbet, Suffolk Chicken in a White Wine, Leek and Pancetta Sauce and Tea and Coffee service.
